Some times its nice to get away. We have had a pretty stressful couple a weeks in our house, so we decided to head for the mountains on Sunday afternoon to enjoy a little bit of nature. These pictures are of the Snake River just past Palisades. I just couldn't resist putting my feet in the cool and refreshing water. It was a nice, relaxing day.

it's nice to see the Snake River still has cool water in it. When it gets hot, I will think of the cool water in the river.
Now that's the life. You are lucky to live in such a beautiful place! I am glad you were able to get away for a few hours.
